Welcome to Quebec percussionists' web site! We invite you to visite regularly this new site entirely dedicated to percussion and percussionists.

The PERCUweb site aims to be a close reflection of Quebec’s percussion world and an electronic cummunications medium between percussion players. Initiated by four percussionists, Luc Boivin, Robert Leroux, Robert Pelletier and Jean-Guy Plante, PERCUweb is an information sharing platform on what is happening in percussion, in Quebec and elsewhere in the world. It is also meant to share the percussionists’ passion for their instrument with young student players and the general public.

This site will be in constant development. Every week, new articles, news, accounts, and concert announcements will be added. In order for this « work in progress » to maintain its relevance and timeliness, and to make sure that it is a true reflection of the percussion life, we need your collaboration. Since its beginning in the spring of 2003, more than twenty individuals have contributed to the PERCUweb site one way or the other.
